What are Founding Memberships?

Founding Memberships are a limited-time, 2-year commitment rate available before Wellville Club & Courts opens. Rates are locked in for the full 2-year term.

We're still finalizing many of the details of the Wellville experience — including our full tournament schedule, leagues, youth recreation activities, and specialty classes. Founding Members get our best rate specifically because you're joining us before those plans are locked in. As we finalize each piece, we'll share it with Founding Members first. Once our full program and membership offerings are set, we'll open registration to the general public.

What are the Founding Membership rates?

How are the savings calculated?

Savings are shown annualized (over 12 months) and compare each Founding rate to that membership's best standard rate — the standard 2-year rate where one is available, or the standard monthly rate otherwise.

Is there a Founding rate for a Household with more than one child?

Yes. Each additional child is $20.00/mo, up to a household cap of $140.00/mo total.

When will you announce tournaments, leagues, youth activities, and specialty classes?

We're actively finalizing these programs and will release details as they're confirmed. Founding Members will be the first to know.

Why aren't memberships open to everyone yet?

We want our full program lineup finalized before we open membership more broadly. Founding Members are joining us on the ground floor, ahead of that public opening, which is why the Founding rate is our best available price.

What does the bundle include?

The Founding Group Class + Membership Bundle includes full access to Wellville Club & Courts plus unlimited group classes, all under one monthly rate.

What are the bundle rates?

How long does the bundle discount last?

The $10/month Founding discount applies for your entire first year. After your first year, your rate moves to the standard 12-month pricing in effect at that time.

What counts as a Household for the bundle?

A household includes at least one adult and one child, with up to two adults and three children. A child must be 18 or younger to be included. Households with more than three children are not charged for additional children beyond the third.

Are children supervised in the club?

Members under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times in open gym areas; in a group class, the instructor provides that supervision. Members 15 and older may use the facility without supervision.

When am I charged for a Founding Membership?

Your first month's payment is processed at the time of registration. You will not be charged again until your second month, when your membership becomes active on the opening date and your regular monthly billing cycle begins.

What happens if I pay for the bundle in full?

If you choose to pay in full, your next payment is due at the start of your second year, billed at the standard 12-month rate in effect at that time.

Is there a discount for paying in full?

Yes. Founding members who pay in full at the beginning of each year of their contract receive one month free.

Is there an initiation fee?

No. There is no initiation fee. Please review the cancellation fee policy carefully at checkout, since fees may apply there.

Do memberships automatically renew?

Yes, all memberships automatically renew.

How do I cancel an expiring contract?

Submit a cancellation request by the 20th of the month. If a request isn't submitted by then, your membership will automatically renew.

Do members get discounts on tournaments, leagues, or events?

Yes. Members receive member pricing on tournaments, leagues, and special events, as well as discounts on personal training and nutrition services.
