HYROX Youngstars Coming Soon
Ages 8–15 · Southern Wisconsin

Small athletes. Big finish.

A coached youth program at an official HYROX Training Club, built around the HYROX Youngstars race. Kids train twice a week, learn to move well, and build up to a real race-day finish line.

What is HYROX Youngstars?

The official youth race

HYROX Youngstars is the youth division of HYROX, the global fitness race. It gives kids ages 8 to 15 their own race day, with the same stations as the adult event scaled to their age and stage.

The focus is confidence, participation and enjoying movement. Kids race in small heats with an adult lane leader, and parents watch from the stands.

Who
Kids ages 8 to 15, in four age groups. Age on race day sets the category.
The race
Running laps between fitness stations in a fixed order. Weights, distances and reps scale up with each age group.
Running
Under-12s run roughly 600 to 825 m in total, compared with 8 km for adults. Only 14–15s run a lap between every station.
Fair standards
All groups race the same format. Separate boys and girls standards begin at age 12.
Where
Started in London in 2024 and is now a permanent global series, with its first US race in Salt Lake City in September 2026.

HYROX, sized for kids

Youngstars keeps the same station order as the adult race. Weights, distances and running are scaled to each age group, so every kid races a format built for them.
